Needham Mass Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", “our” or "Needham Mass") owns and operates this website. Our website provides a convenient shopping experience via the internet (including the Needham Mass eShop APPs and software).
Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on orders over HK$350 (net price) (Exclude SF Express Hong Kong's Remote Area Surcharge).
There will be a delivery charge of HK$80 on orders less than HK$350. Each order is limited to a single delivery location.
The delivery date is 5 working days after we have received your order.
Delivery Method
You can select home delivery (S.F. Express/Needham Mass Logistic Team), or self-pickup at S.F. Express self-pickup locations (Circle K Store, or EF Locker).

If the order contains gift hampers, the order will be delivered by Needham Mass logistic team. Please do not select S.F. Express self-pickup locations (Circle K Store,7-11 Store or EF Locker).
*Effective from November 11, 2025, SF Express Hong Kong has adjusted its "Remote Area Surcharge" policy. For shipments sent to remote areas, the surcharge will now be collected from the recipient (Cash on Delivery).

Delivery is not available to the following areas outside the scope of our service:
We do not deliver to areas outside HKSAR, military barracks, inside hospitals, restricted areas, restricted access areas and country park areas, some outlying islands, warehouses, logistic centres, airports, container terminals, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo. The areas not applicable will be updated from time to time, all subject to S.F. Express' delivery range.
Delivery Arrangement
- Our logistic department will notify you by email when the goods are ready to be delivered.
- When you receive the goods, please check the quantity is correct and take photos or videos for record if any quality issues. You may call/email/Whatsapp us for any complaints within 3 days after receiving the goods.
- No specific delivery time slot can be selected. The courier or shipping staff will call you to confirm the delivery time. Please make sure that there is someone to receive the goods during the delivery time.
- If the delivery location cannot be directly reached by lift or is in a remote area, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
- If you do not receive your goods due to your absence at the first agreed delivery appointment or inaccurate address is provided, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges for subsequent redelivery.
- Please make sure the recipient’s name, phone number and delivery address provided are correct. Do not use a PO Box as the delivery address.
Remarks
- The minimum shelf life of our products is three months (except where specifically noted).
- All risks relating to the products are passed to the customer when the products are delivered to the customer’s delivery address.
- We will do our best to deliver all items as ordered. Due to product availability, special offers, and other unforeseen reasons, the bill displayed online may not match the final bill. We reserve the right to adjust the online bill, which will be set out on the final bill provided to you at the time of delivery or collection and you will be charged in accordance to the final bill.
- You agree to purchase the products at the price specified for the products when you place an order. You cannot cancel your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any customer at our absolute and sole discretion.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Needham Mass Company Limited shall be final.
Inclement Weather Delivery Arrangement
Delivery service may be delayed or suspended if red/black rainstorm warning is in force, typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted, or any other inclement weather which make delivery unsafe. We shall contact you as soon as we can to reschedule the delivery date and time.
