- If you receive products that are damaged or defective, or your order is short-shipped or wrongly delivered, please take photos or videos to record the condition of the goods and contact our customer service department within 3 working days.
- Upon receipt of your return/exchange request, we will review and respond within 3 working days. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange any goods, or to replace the reclaimed goods in the form of credit payment.
- All returned/reclaimed goods must be returned intact as they were delivered, together with original packaging. Original sales receipt must be presented to us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the request for refund or goods exchange.
