Membership Tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Click [Login] > [Sign Up] in the upper right corner of the Needham Mass Co. Ltd. eShop, fill in your username, email address and password for free registration.
Membership Tiers
Bronze Member (Permanent)
Qualification : Simply sign up.
Member Point : Every HK$1 spent = 1 Member Point. Every 100 Member Points can be redeemed for HK$1 at our eShop.
Birthday Privilege : HK$20 Birthday Credits for shopping in our eShop, to be redeemed within 30 days after issued.
Sliver Member (12months)
Qualification : Spend HK$1,000 or more within 12 months.
Member Point : Every HK$1 spent = 1 Member Point. Every 100 Member Points can be redeemed for HK$1 at our eShop.
Birthday Privilege : HK$50 Birthday Credits for shopping in our eShop, to be redeemed within 30 days after issued.
Example : Spend HK$1,000 or more within 12 months to upgrade to Silver Membership. If you place an order and completes the payment on 25/8/2023, the system will date back in the morning of 26/8/2022 and tabulates the total order amount in 26/8/2022 – 25/8/2023. If the amount reaches HK$1,000, the system will upgrade you to the Silver Tier on 26/8/2023.
Gold Member (12months)
Qualification : Spend HK$2,000 or more within 12 months.
Member Point : Every HK$1 spent = 1 Member Point. Every 100 Member Points can be redeemed for HK$1 at our eShop.
Birthday Privilege : HK$100 Birthday Credits for shopping in our eShop, to be redeemed within 30 days after issued.
Example : Spend HK$2,000 or more within 12 months to upgrade to Gold Membership. If you place an order and completes the payment on 25/8/2023, the system will date back in the morning of 26/8/2022 and tabulates the total order amount in 26/8/2022 – 25/8/2023. If the amount reaches HK$2,000, the system will upgrade you to the Gold Tier on 26/8/2023.
Redeem Member Points : Maximum HK$50 can be redeemed for each transaction of HK$200 or more. Member Points will expire on December 31 of the following year.
Redeem Birthday Credits : Maximum HK$50 can be used for each transaction of HK$200 or more, Maximum HK$100 can be used for each transaction of HK$500. Birthday Credits will expire 30 days after issued.

Membership Renewal
Bronze Membership will be automatically renewed annually.
Silver and Gold Membership will be automatically renewed on their expiration date if the respective spending of the past 12 months meet the required threshold levels.
Example: If the membership period ends on 10/10/2023, the system will review the past 11/10/2022 - 10/10/2023 order history in the morning of 11/10/2023 to confirm whether the renewal threshold level has been reached.
General Terms:
1. Membership program is effective from 1st November 2023 until further notice.
2. All dollar amounts are in Hong Kong dollars.
3. We will send the latest promotional offers to members via Whatsapps/emails/website notifications. Members are required to provide correct mobile phone numbers and email addresses to avoid missing attractive promotion offers and important notices.
4. We may update this posting from time to time by amending any offers, terms and conditions. The revised offers, terms and conditions will be effective on the posting date.
5. We will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery of emails and website notices.
6. We have the absolute discretion to refuse or revoke any application for membership, and terminate or cancel his/her membership for any reasons.
7. If the membership is terminated by Needham Mass Co. Ltd. for any reasons, all related birthday credits, coupons, membership benefits, member points and shopping credits will be cancelled immediately.
8. In case of discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of this statement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
9. In case of any dispute, Needham Mass Co. Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
