La Drogheria 1880 provides a wide variety of spices and herbs with careful management of the supply chain to ensure high standards of food safety.This involves active partnerships and joint ventures in the countries of origin, as well as a selected network of global suppliers. By preferring direct sourcing, we reduce the risk of contamination and complexity. We prioritize high-quality raw materials purchased from the whole product to mitigate the possibility of adulteration. Rigorous testing is conducted on raw materials to make sure they meet organoleptic compliance and consumer expectations.

Our on-site laboratory conducts constant product control, supported by a team of experienced professionals responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, and Research and Development. They diligently manage all aspects of product safety and quality on a daily basis.

To continually enhance our quality, we adhere to a strict Food Safety program, including environmental monitoring, process validation and approval protocols. We strive for continuous improvement, aligning with the GFSI program and setting high goals.
